1.1. ReCAR.com (hereinafter referred to as “ReCAR”) provides internet users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) the ability to utilize its services under the terms outlined in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). This Agreement becomes effective once the User expressly agrees to its terms as per Clause 1.4.
1.2. ReCAR offers services such as uploading, analysis, and modification of files. All current services, as well as future updates and new features, will be governed by this Agreement.
1.3. The use of ReCAR services is subject to this Agreement, its Privacy Policy, and other applicable service-specific terms. ReCAR reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice, with changes taking effect once posted online unless otherwise stated.
1.4. By beginning to use ReCAR’s services or completing the registration process, the User acknowledges and fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with any part of this Agreement, they must refrain from using ReCAR’s services. If the Agreement is modified and the User does not agree to the changes, the User must discontinue using ReCAR’s services.
2.1. Certain features or services offered by ReCAR require the User to register and create an account.
2.2. During registration, the User must provide accurate and complete information and ensure that this information is regularly updated. If false or incomplete information is provided, or if ReCAR suspects such, the User’s account may be suspended or terminated.
2.3. ReCAR may request verification of the information provided during registration. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
2.4. The User’s personal data provided during account registration will be processed in accordance with ReCAR’s Privacy Policy.
2.5. Account Access:
2.6. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions carried out through their account. ReCAR holds the User accountable for any activities carried out using their account unless the User has reported unauthorized access as per Clause 2.7.
2.7. The User must immediately inform ReCAR of any unauthorized access or security breaches. For security purposes, the User should log out after each session.

3.1. ReCAR may implement usage limitations, such as storage space, task limits, file size restrictions, and more.

4.1. The User is responsible for ensuring that any content they upload or post complies with legal requirements and does not infringe upon third-party rights.
4.2. The User agrees that ReCAR may use, reproduce, and modify User-generated content to meet technical requirements of its services.
5.1. The User is responsible for their actions while using ReCAR’s services, including compliance with legal standards.
5.2. When using ReCAR’s services, the User must not:

6.1. All elements available through ReCAR’s services, including design, files, text, and software, are the exclusive property of ReCAR, its users, or other rights holders.
7.1. The User uses ReCAR services at their own risk. Services are provided “as is,” and ReCAR does not guarantee that they will meet the User’s expectations or requirements.
7.2. ReCAR does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, or the accuracy of results.
7.3. Any information or materials accessed via ReCAR services are used at the User’s discretion, and ReCAR is not liable for any potential damage to vehicles, devices, or third parties resulting from their use.
7.4. ReCAR is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the User’s use of its services.
7.5. Users with complaints regarding service quality should contact ReCAR support via the ticket system.
8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and ReCAR and supersedes all previous agreements.
8.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between ReCAR and the User.
8.3. If any clause in this Agreement is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.4. ReCAR’s failure to act in the case of a violation does not waive its right to enforce the Agreement in the future.
9. Refund, Credit, and Warranty Policy
9.1. The User has up to 30 days from the date of payment to raise claims about file processing quality. Only original, unmodified files are covered by ReCAR’s warranty.
9.2. Complaints must be submitted through the support ticket system.
9.3. The User must provide detailed information, including descriptions, photos, or screenshots to support their claim. ReCAR may request additional information if needed.
9.4. ReCAR reserves the right to attempt to fix any identified issues. The User must wait for ReCAR to address the problem or notify them that it cannot be resolved.
9.5. Refunds or credits will only be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
